My name is Andrea, and I’m the founder of Career Link Coach. For the past two decades I’ve partnered with senior leaders and HR executives around the globe —from APAC to the Americas and EMEA—to navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership, and accelerate organisational success.
My passion lies in people development and the dynamics that shape thriving workplaces. I’ve guided high‑potential leaders across the technology spectrum and have been trusted by clients from organisations such as Amazon, AWS, Google, DoorDash, Optiver, and Xero.
